Call Filtering is an essential feature when you want certain calls to be picked only by you.
To enable call filtering, sign into your AXvoice web account and click on the “Features” tab on the top of your AXvoice control panel. On the “Features” page, look for the “Call Filter” under the “Incoming Call Features” section. Once you are on the Call Filter page, click on the checkbox next to the “Enable/Disable” tab. Once done, provide a number that you want to redirect in the “From” field and another in the “To” field (your calls will be directed to this number). Click on the “Update Status” to save the settings. To filter another number, use the “Add filter button”.
