Which is the right Business VoIP plan for me?

There are two different business VoIP phone plans that you can choose from. The first is the Small Business Plan that includes 1500 free minutes to any landline or mobile number in the U.S. or Canada, plus free in-network minutes. The second one is the hosted PBX system which is designed for businesses who have a minimal calling needs. This package includes 200 outgoing minutes to anywhere in the U.S. or Canada, a fully-featured hosted PBX system (aka Virtual PBX) and direct inward dialing (DID). You can also get additional minutes with both packages at 1.5c/minute.

Axvoice offers free equipment and setup with every Axvoice home phone or business subscription. However, there are a few one-time costs that every new user may have to incur, like the shipping fee for the hardware and the taxes applicable to your state. If you already have an unlocked VoIP device, then you can easily configure it with Axvoice (no shipping charges in this case).

No, you don’t have to give up your existing number as Axvoice provides an easy number portability service. Usually, it can take around 3-4 weeks for your existing number to port to a new VoIP service. Until that time, you are provided a temporary VoIP number which you can also keep as your secondary number once the porting process is completed.
