Login to the admin interface of FreePBX. To be able to send outgoing calls to AXvoice server you have to do two main steps:
Create a trunk
Create an outbound route
Click on "Add SIP Trunk" to cerate a SIP trunk, as shown below:

On the next screen set the maximum simultaneous outgoing channels in the "General Section" and also add the following dialing rules in the "Outgoing Dial Rules" section, as shown in the screen shot below:
Remove g729 codec from the list of allowed codecs here if you do not have this codec installed on your machine.
Add the above given details as shown below in the screen shot:
Scroll down at the end of the page and add the registration string according to the following syntax in the "Registration" section. Leave the incoming setting blank here.

Add this setting as shown below and click submit button to save changes in the screen shot:
Do not apply changes to make the changes permanent yet. You will see on the right side of the screen that your trunk has been saved.

In the "Add Route" page give the following details as shown in the screen shot:
Trunk Sequence: (select your previously created trunk from the list of given trunks)
Click submit to save changes.
Before proceeding check on the right side of the screen, that your route is saved. If there are any other routes present, delete them. To delete a route click on the route name. You will then see an option link on the top of the settings screen to delete that route. Click on it to delete the route.
Now click on "Apply Configuration Changes" to make the changes permanent. Now you will be able to make outgoing calls.
