Guarantee

• You must cancel your service within 15 days of the activation of your account.
• Your monthly service fee and phone adapter (if you purchased from us) charges are refundable.
• Activation and Shipping fees are non-refundable
• You must not exceed 200 minutes of usage in the first 15 days of service.
• If you exceed 200 minutes, you will not be refunded for the first month of service.
• You are responsible for any charges for overage, international or directory assistance calls.
• All returned equipment must be in the original packaging with the UPC or bar code intact within 10 days of cancellation or the cancellation charge will not be credited.
• All components including the AXvoice phone adapter, cables, manuals etc. must be included for return.
• You are responsible for paying return shipping.
• The Money Back Guarantee will not be issued if you fail to meet these requirements.
• This warranty does not apply if the customer changes his/her mind for any reason.
