This could be your existing Cable, DSL, T-1 or any other kind of High-Speed Data connection to the internet. You will be required to have at least 100kbps bandwidth but our service can work with 32kbps.
VoIP Phone Adapter or IP Phone
You will need a VoIP Phone Adapter either purchased from us or any other source. If you did not purchase the adapter from us then it should be unlocked and you should have admin access of the adapter. If you are currently using another service please contact your current Service Provider for unlocking the adapter. Contact support@axvoice.com to check compatibility of your adapter with our Service.
Fixed or Cordless Phone
You can use your existing Fixed or Cordless phone to use Axvoice Phone Service.
